OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
- Some of our achievements so far include:
- 90% of the young people we’ve supported have either secured employment or enrolled into college.
- We’ve actively sourced partnerships with establishments in the local community.
- Since our inception in 2018, we’ve had over 450 young residents successfully transition to independent living.
- Currently, 70% of our 18+ residents are employed, with some also in further education.
- We have a total of 17 homes in 2025
