MISSION STATEMENT

At Go Ahead Homes, our commitment goes beyond the ordinary. We go the extra mile, fostering a nurturing, inclusive and discrimination-free environment that enables personal, educational, financial, and mental betterment for all our young people. We strive to always achieve and deliver a standard of excellence as a service provider, so we can be entrusted with our young people’s care.

Our mission is deeply rooted in respect - the cornerstone of our core values. We believe in providing a warm, friendly, and homely environment where the welfare and development of our young people are paramount. We also recognize the significance of stability and belonging in our young people’s lives as they explore their identities, and we strive to provide this atmosphere in all our homes.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all young people under our care, whilst empowering them to learn and develop the skills necessary for independence, and celebrating their progress and accomplishments along the way. However, our vision extends far beyond just independence; it envisions a future where our young people not only live independently, but also realize their full potential.

Go Ahead Homes is not just a group of homes - we are a family, a support system, and a stepping stone towards a brighter future. We respect, empower, and inspire, laying the foundation for a life filled with many possibilities.

OUR TEAM

Our team consists of trained and qualified support staff, who have all worked directly with young people in residential and outreach settings. Our staff are on hand 24/7 to provide our residents with any support and guidance they may require.
