Tracy worked with our residents at GAH and had the following to say about her experience: ‘Working for GAH has allowed me to make an impact in young people’s lives who are transitioning from care. Building relationships with young people, understanding their needs, and helping them to work towards short-term and long-term goals has been really rewarding. Young people are our future and being able to share some life experiences with them has been enjoyable.
