Our Homes
We envision a society in which all young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are empowered to overcome their challenges and strive towards a bright and successful future.
We provide 24/7 support to our residents, including on-site staff in our 24hrs accommodation
All our residents are registered with their home’s local health facilities, such as a GP and dentist.
We support our yp in achieving success by creating opportunities in education and employment
Our referral process is very simple.
We receive referrals from local authorities for individuals in need of support.
We conduct a thorough assessment of the referred individual's risks and preferences. This information is then carefully matched with the profiles of young people already in our home.
If we determine the young person is a good fit for our program, we submit a response to the local authority. Upon their review and satisfaction with our response and supporting documents, we finalize the placement and welcome the young person into our care.
